Pub Le Mitan – Île d’Orléans Microbrewery
The owners of Microbrasserie de l’Île d’Orléans wanted to give prominence to wood by drawing inspiration from the heritage and natural beauty of the island. The skillful integration of wood with old brickwork reflects an early 20th-century look combined with European architecture.
The great cathedral ceiling, glued-laminated timber beams and vast windows create a bright and open space. Customers can enjoy the microbrewery’s beers while admiring the great copper brewing tanks and a view over the majestic St. Lawrence River.
